The channel was initially broadcast only via cable and satellite television, but it has also been transmitted terrestrially in the German-speaking regions of Switzerland since January 2009.
The “Schweizerischer Rundfunk” (SRF, en.: Swiss TV network) can only be reached from within Switzerland due to legal restrictions. We assume, that you are currently not in Switzerland.
However, theres an easy fix: by using a proxy/VPN, you can circumvent this restriction legally.
